Remarks

This restores single-check content narrowing — if (response.IsSuccessfulWithContent) { /* response.Content is non-null */ } — that IsSuccessful can no longer promise (a successful response may carry no body). It is a brand-new generic-only member rather than a new shadow of a base member, so it references Content directly and behaves correctly through mocks and explicit interface implementations.
