Summary: Gets a value indicating whether the request was successful and deserialized Content is available.
Returns: bool
Remarks
This restores single-check content narrowing — if (response.IsSuccessfulWithContent) { /* response.Content is non-null */ }
— that IsSuccessful can no longer promise (a successful response may
carry no body). It is a brand-new generic-only member rather than a new shadow of a base
member, so it references Content directly and behaves correctly through mocks and
explicit interface implementations.
